The El Paso Archaeological Society offers a variety of rewarding and exciting opportunities in addition to monthly meetings with outstanding speakers and periodic field trips. Our lectures are open to the general public and you don't have to be a member to attend. Our journal The Artifact is widely recognized, our monthly newsletter El Paso Archaeology keeps the membership informed, and our members serve as volunteers at the El Paso Museum of Archaeology at Wilderness Park. Other educational and fun activities include the following: Texas Archeology Month... Every October EPAS participates in this annual statewide program in association with the Texas Historical Commission and the El Paso Museum of Archaeology.. Laboratory... Our lab facility at the El Paso Museum of Archaeology at Wilderness Park. It is available for studying archaeological materials and other EPAS activities. The collection, located at the El Paso Museum of Archaeology, is a valuable research tool for members and the public. Associations...
